The challenge
Chairs, tents and speakers leave two stores for events and come back in parts. The team needed to know what is out, where, and what is overdue.
What I did
- Stock for each store (Boba and Mikocheni)
- Dispatches from out to partly returned to returned, with overdue tracking
- Store Keeper, Operation and Super Admin roles from one permission map
- Bookings, HR, finance and Excel reports
