The challenge

Repair requests in large housing estates get lost between tenants, inspectors and repair crews, and managers can't see what is late.

What I did

  • Mobile-first fault reporting for tenants
  • Inspectors confirm severity and materials before work is assigned
  • A maintainer can't close a job without an after photo
  • Admin board and properties by block, floor and unit; a read-only manager view
