The challenge
A corporate and IP law firm ran cases, approvals and petty cash across spreadsheets and email. Partners needed one place to see the work, approve money and trace every change.
What I did
- Five roles (admin, partner, associate, intern, finance), enforced on the server
- Task review flow: in progress, in review, changes requested, completed
- Finance requests approved, rejected or paid out from the partner dashboard, in TZS or USD
- Every change and sign-in written to an audit log, with filters and CSV export
- ⌘K search and live presence across the firm
